• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Authorization:

• Include the return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.
• Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
